I loved Colin, he showed so many images of himself. The protector of the women he was beginning to love, to putting Lady Featherington in her place when he over hears her insulting Penelope's feelings and accusing her of entraping Colin into a loveless marriage. The gental lover who teaches Penelope how to look at her naked body and Colin's naked body and how to make love to and with him. His devastation at Penelope's deception about being Mrs. Whistledown and then coming to the realization that Whistledown and Penelope were more than the same and realizing that no matter what, he still loved her. Every part of these stories are so wonderful and I just wished their story was so much longer. I'm legally blind so I'm having to use audible. I'm hoping that the narrator makes the story better.

I felt that Luke/Nicola have more chemistry IRL than as Polin.

Season 3 sucked. We were promised lots of Polin steam and, instead, we received very little. It's the first time i haven't rewatched a season.

Aside from the fact that Pen ended the relationship between Colin and Marin. Aside from the pain she caused the Bridgerton family by exposing Eloise. Put that aside. In the books Colin spent, in my opinion, an unhealthy amount of time trying to sort out whatever he felt. Do I love her? What does love feel like? This is better. Asking him to forgive her for the harm she caused is unreasonable.

I wish they were treated better and someone was in better care of their story. Between split parts and PR hype, part 2 fell flat to me. Was 3 1/2 EPs of angst, when they suit happiness best. But I think Nic and Luke for Polin and doing the very best with what they were given.

I have so many notes but the short version is: this was disappointing. The season, I mean. The edit is fantastic! For a season I so looked forward to, they did Polin so dirty. They took the brave route in casting Nicola (a choice I fully, fully support because she is gorgeous and so very talented) and then they chickened out on displaying what a romantic relationship looks like for her. It was drowned in pointless subplots and too careful writing where for the other female leads, the romance and passion was obvious and pronounced and intimate. I don't know that I am interested in watching any more Bridgerton after this to be honest...

Thank u for making this!!! S3part 2 didn’t do them justice with the hype of advertising…disappointed us all w too many sun plotlines….we need them to focus more on these 2 relationships 😢…. Too rushed but anyway this video healed me ❤
